Aerial mosquito control applications have been scheduled for September 7, 2026 through September 11, 2026. Orchard areas adjacent to Wheatland and Rio Oso have been scheduled for Monday evening. Orchard areas adjacent to District 10 and Hallwood have been scheduled for Tuesday evening. Orchard areas adjacent to Live Oak have been scheduled for Wednesday evening. Orchard areas adjacent to Plumas Lake have been scheduled for Thursday evening. Spraying will be performed starting at sunset and lasting 2 to 3 hours.  All treatments are dependent on appropriate weather conditions, and visibility due to smoke.  Aircraft applications will be made with a white Ag Wagon or a yellow and blue stripe Air Tractor flying at approximately 300 feet in elevation.
