The Sutter-Yuba Mosquito & Vector Control District is accepting bids for a text messaging platform to deliver mosquito and mosquito-borne disease notifications. Bids will be received at steve@sutter-yubamvcd.org and kvalencia@sutter-yubamvcd.org on or before April 6, 2026. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waiver any irregularities in any bids received.
