Wintertime mosquitoes can become annoying in Sutter and Yuba Counties. Spraying comes to an end

All of the District’s regular fogging, both by air and ground based fogging truck, has ended for the 2014 season. Mosquito abundance data shows a dramatic drop in mosquito numbers halting the spray program. Some limited spraying still could occur in response to a localized mosquito problem or detected disease activity.
