Due to detections of an invasive Aedes aegypti mosquito discovered in two Yuba City neighborhood, a larvicide spray has been scheduled. Larvacide Spraying in Yuba City will be Wednesday morning, September 8, 2021 as early as 3:30 am and lasting up until 6:00am. Spraying will be performed with a pickup mounted blower.  Those living in or near this neighborhood that notice a small (about 1/4 inch) black and white marked mosquito that bites in the day time and often enters homes, should report them to the District (530) 674-5456.
