Spraying that would normally occur on Thursday evenings, has been re-scheduled for tonight, July 1st, because of the Fourth of July holiday. Beginning at dusk, District personnel will use ultra low volume spraying in the Wheatland, Plumas Lake, Olivehurst, Linda, Marysville, south Yuba City, Live Oak, Sutter, and Tierra Buena areas. The Sutter-Yuba Mosquito and Vector Control District will be spraying these areas weekly in the evening until the risk of mosquito-borne disease has been significantly reduced or eliminated. Town routes will return to their regular Thursday night schedule next week.
